Ingredients

  • Red Chili
  • Fennel
  • Cloves
  • Nutmeg
  • Cumin
  • Mace
  • Cinnamon
  • Laurel
  • Ginger
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Cooking Ingredients

  • Meat 1 ½ kgs cut in small cubes
  • Ginger garlic paste four tablespoon
  • Yogurt 125 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste four tablespoon

Cooking Instructions

Cooking method 1 – Bihari Boti on stove:

  • Mix Milan Foods Bihari Boti Masala with all the above ingredients along with half a cup of water and cook it on low flames for 30 minutes. Turn the flame off when the oil separates. Heat one coal and give smoke to the cooked botis for 5 minutes. Serve the Bihari botis with chutney and salad.

Cooking method 2 – BBQ Bihari Kababs:

  • Mix all the above ingredients well with Milan Foods Bihari Boti Masala and meat. Marinate the mixture for 3- 5 hours in a cool place. Put the meat in skewers and cook it on low coals until meat is tender. Serve with paratha and chutney
