Ingredients

  • Red Chili
  • Coriander
  • Black Cardamom
  • Cloves
  • Cumin
  • Cinnamon
  • Fenugreek Leaf
  • Garlic
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Cooking ingredients

  • Liver/ Kaliji (Chicken/ Mutton/ beef) 1 kg
  • Oil as required
  • Milan Foods Liver Masala 1 packet
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

  • Kaliji Masala Wash Kaliji/ liver properly and soak it in the water for 30 minutes. Hot oil in a pan and add finely sliced onions until golden brown and add half cup of water, Milan Foods Kaliji Masala, ginger garlic paste and fry the mixture properly until it separates oil. Add liver and fry for few more minutes until it is adequately cooked and yet tender. Add green chilies and cover the lid.
  • Note: for preparing Masala, you need to add 1 cup of water in chicken liver and 3 cups of water for beef/mutton liver.
  • Once the Masala is wholly done, serve it with the Nan or Chapatti.
  • Kaliji Fry Marinate the liver with ginger and garlic paste along with Milan Foods Kaliji Masala for 30 minutes.
  • Add oil in a pan along with a marinated mixture and 1 cup of water.
  • Put a lid on, and leave it on low flame until the liver becomes tender and leaves oil.
  • Turn the flame to high until Masala becomes dry and fry.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the top and turn the flame off.
