  • Salt
  • Red Chilli
  • Laurel
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried Plums
  • Fenugreek Seed
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Small Cardamom
  • Clove
  • Large Cardamom
  • Garlic
  • Black Cumin
  • Artificial Food Flavor

Cooking ingredients

  • Meat 1 kg
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Tomato 4-5
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mint and coriander ½ bunches
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Oil/ghee 1 cup
  • Milan Foods Bombay Biryani Masala 1 packet
  • Food color one pinch

Cooking instructions

  • Heat ghee/oil and fry all the sliced onions until golden brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste and meat, stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Add approx. Six cups of water in the meat cover and cook until the meat becomes tender. If you are cooking chicken, do not follow this step and move to the next one.
  • Now add tomatoes, Milan Foods Bombay Biryani Masala, and yogurt and fry until oil separates. Keep it aside.
  • Boil 12 cups of water separately and add two tablespoons of salt, now add soaked rice. Boil the rice until it is three-quarter tender. Drain the rice thoroughly.
  • Layer the rice and meat curry one by one.
  • Put coriander and mint leaves, green chilies and fried onions, add a pinch of food color in the water, spread it all over, and put it on a low flame for 10-15 minutes until Biryani is ready.
