Marinate the meat with Milan Foods Tikka Seekh Kabab Masala, ginger garlic paste, oil, and yogurt and leave it for 4-6 hours in a cool place.
Place the meat in skewers and cook it on low coals until the meat is tender. Keep putting oil and Turing until the kababs become golden brown. Serve it with Milan Foods Chat Masala.
Finely chop the meat in chopped along with Milan Foods Tikka Seekh Kabab Masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, green chilies, mint and coriander, and one egg. Make a fine paste.
Marinate it for 4-5 hours in a cool place.
Place the mixture on skewers with a soft hand.
Grill it one coal or pan on low flame.
Note: use strings in case the mixture comes out of the skewers.
