Ingredients

  • Red Cilli
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • Black Pepper
  • Carom Seed
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Clove
  • Cinnamon and silicon dioxide (E-551)

Cooking ingredients

  • 1 packet Milan Vegetable Masala
  • 3 cups or 500gm Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

Cooking instructions

  • Firstly, heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Next, add the chopped onions and sauté them until they turn translucent.
  • Then, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute until they become fragrant.
  • After that, add the chopped tomatoes and cook them until they soften and become mushy.
  • Now, it's time to add the mixed vegetables and Milan vegetable masala. Mix everything together and make sure they are well combined.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables become tender. Remember to stir occasionally and add a little water if needed to prevent sticking.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves.

Finally, serve the delicious mix vegetable curry hot with rice or roti. Enjoy your tasty mix vegetable curry!
